Students who withdraw from the program within the first three weeks of any given semester are eligible for a full refund of tuition. Other fees, such as lesson fees, will be prorated. For instance, if a student has already attended two private lessons, the fees for those lessons will not be refunded. After the three-week period, no refund will be issued. Additionally, students dismissed due to behavioral issues are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
